is a packaging consisting of an inner glass, porcelain or stoneware receptacle and an outer packaging (made of metal, wood, fibreboard, plastics material, expanded plastics material, etc.). Once assembled, such a packaging remains thereafter an inseparable unit; it is filled, stored, despatched and emptied as such;NOTE: The "inners" of "composite packagings" are normally termed "inner receptacles". For example, the "inner" of a 6HA1 (composite packaging, plastics material) is such an "inner receptacle" since it is normally not designed to perform a containment function without its "outer packaging" and is not therefore an "inner packaging".
un emballage constitué d'un récipient intérieur en verre, porcelaine ou grès et d'un emballage extérieur (métal, bois, carton, matière plastique, matière plastique expansée, etc.) . Une fois assemblé, cet emballage demeure un tout indissociable ; il est rempli, stocké, expédié et vidé tel quel ; NOTA : L'élément intérieur d'un emballage composite s'appelle normalement récipient intérieur. Par exemple l'élément intérieur d'un emballage composite de type 6HA1 (matière plastique) est un récipient intérieur de ce genre, étant donné qu'il n'est normalement pas conçu pour remplir une fonction de rétention sans son emballage extérieur et qu'il ne s'agit donc pas d'un emballage intérieur ;
